What affects the price

Wildlife removal costs aren't one-size-fits-all because every property is different. The final bill depends on the type of animal you’re dealing with, how long they’ve been inside, and the specific entry points they’ve chewed through. If the critter has created a nest in a hard-to-reach attic or caused structural damage, repairs will naturally increase the labor required. We also consider the complexity of the trapping plan and the number of follow-up visits needed to ensure the problem stays solved.

About this service

The Cozumel raccoon is a unique, endangered species found specifically on the island of Cozumel. Because of their protected status, interactions must be handled with extreme care and sensitivity to local regulations. If you are dealing with these animals on your property, you need specialized guidance to ensure you are not violating conservation laws. We focus on exclusion and non-lethal deterrents to keep them away from your home while respecting their status as a critically endangered local treasure.

Summer heat drives animals to look for cool, shaded areas, which often leads them into garages, sheds, or under decks. This is also when young animals start venturing out on their own, leading to more frequent sightings and property interactions. If you notice signs of pests or wildlife around your exterior structures, we can help you secure those areas efficiently.
